Vancouver International Airport (YVR) is located directly in Richmond and is the second busiest air hub in Canada. Over 22 million passengers and more than 50 different airlines from Canada, the USA and around the world fly through them every year.

Skytrax has named the airport the best airport in North America ten times in a row.

With more than 150 shops, restaurants and bars to choose from, YVR is always a good starting or ending point for any journey. Various duty-free shops at the airport are becoming increasingly popular among passengers waiting for departure.

It has 5 runways and 45 million passengers pass through it every year. The busiest time is between 15: 00-19: 00, while ocean-going flights from East Asia have the most late-night arrivals and flights from Europe at noon.
